Cooler is a recurring NPC, first appearing as a boss in the Saiyan Saga, a raid in the Frieza Saga, and finally a master in the Android Saga.

Transformations

In Story Quest #21, Cooler is able to transform while fighting. His skills don't change after transforming.

Dai Yon Henshin
	Right on the brink of dying, Cooler gains a crown-like "helmet" with four large horns and a lavender spot on the forehead. His mouth is hidden by a visor and his eyes turn red. His Bio Suit grows pauldrons that loop around his shoulders. He regenerates all health afterwards.
