Vegeta (Scouter) (or simply referred to as Vegeta) is an NPC, appearing as a boss and master in the Saiyan Saga.
He is also a raid boss located in Earth.

Great Ape Vegeta is a raid in Earth. His raid teleporter is located to the south of spawn, West City, along the coast of the wasteland, near the Mutated Saibamen, where Vegeta is fought during Story Quest #5. Players cannot participate in this raid until they have completed Story Quest #5.
Upon defeat, all participants are rewarded with 70,000 EXP, 600 Zeni, and the skill 
Genocide Breaker.
