An example of a Path Transformation, Super Saiyan 4
Path Transformations (Paths for shorthand) refer to a set of special transformations available after the player has reached Level 850. A step-up from previous transformations in every sense of the phrase, Path Transformations are significantly more powerful and varied in their execution, each granting the user an array of buffs as well as unique Techniques (which you unlock at level 875 in the power up skill shop) and "Path Passive Abilities".
Currently, there are 22 unique Paths to choose from: 20 of which are exclusive to specific races, and 2 of which are available to all races.
Overview
Every path gives you a Path Passive. Path passives are active at all times, even in base form. These will give you a MASSIVE power boost.
Every path transformation gives you a Path Technique, a unique ability catered to that form. It can be unlocked on the shop, and will automatically get applied to your Path Technique Slot. See Technique Remastered for more information.
All path forms are 5x stat multipliers.
General Paths can be used by ANY race.
Choosing a Path
You have to get Level 850 to start your path.
To start your path, you have to find a certain NPC. Don’t worry, the NPC will let you know what path you’re choosing.

General Paths are Paths that can be selected by any race. There are currently 2 Paths in the game, with 2 Path Transformations between them.

Path Passive Ability
Hakai results in all attacks (including Ki Blasts and Skills) bypassing enemy blocks with maximum Ki bar, with the exception of Perfect Block, deflections and Homing Rushes (which instead cause a Guard Break). This does not circumvent Super Armor, Hyper Armor or clashes.
The user is additionally immune to basic Ki Blasts, dealing 0 damage on contact.
Techniques
Hakaishin Energy has one Technique. It can be purchased at Level 875 from the Power-Up section of the Shop for 100,000 Zeni.
Destructive Fission
Destructive Fission is a slow moving Blast Technique that homes in on the target and detonates after a set period of time or when the user is put into hitstun. Once detonated or once contact is made with an entity, it will lock onto them and follow them through knockback, detonating a second time shortly afterwards. Evasives can be used to escape it, at which point it will no longer follow the entity it had originally made contact with.

Path Passive Ability
No Control grants the player immunity to debuffs, such as the following:
- Psychic Stun (paralysing/stunning moves such as Psycho Thread or Magical Thunder Punch)
- Babidi's Mind Control headaches, ejection and defense loss after 3 minutes (effectively giving it no drawbacks)
- Damage over Time effects inflicted by other Path Passive Abilities or Techniques (e.g. Touch of Corruption, Dampen, Freeze, etc)
Techniques
Villainous Mode has one Technique. It can be purchased at Level 875 from the Power-Up section of the Shop for 100,000 Zeni.
Outrage
Outrage is a Power-Up Technique that applies the following effects for 45 seconds:
- 20% Damage Buff (multiplicative; applied after Transformation Multiplier and Race Ability)
- Slower Stamina on Cooldown (Stamina regeneration rate reduced by 50% during cooldown)
Race-exclusive Paths
Race-exclusive Paths are Paths that can only be selected by a single race (with the exception of Super Saiyan 4, which can be selected by Saiyans and Half-Saiyans). There are currently 20 race-exclusive Paths with 22 Path Transformations between them.
